Early Purchase Incentive:
  • If the client chooses to purchase the device within the first 30 days, 100% of the first month’s lease fee ($3,000) will be credited toward the purchase price.
  • The $10,000 deposit will also be credited toward the purchase.
  • Remaining lease months (if any) after purchase are canceled.
Security Deposit Policy:

The $10,000 security deposit will be:

  • Fully refundable within 15 business days after safe, undamaged return of the device (normal wear & tear acceptable), or
  • Applied as a down payment toward purchase price if client chooses to buy the device at lease-end.
Device Return Policy:
  • Devices must be returned in original working condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Device must be in transit exactly 30 days after delivery
  • Any damages or missing parts may result in deductions from the deposit.
Additional Terms:
  • Client assumes full responsibility for the device during the lease period, including loss, theft, or damages.
  • Proof of insurance may be required before shipping.
  • Lease payments are due monthly, in advance.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees or cancellation of lease.
